About The Ritz
The Ritz Theatre is a 1927 former silent movie house renovated in 1985 by the Tennessee Valley Art Association to accommodate the organization’s performing arts programs. The original art deco interior style has been preserved. The Ritz hosts theatrical productions, concerts, and films and is available as a rental space.
Book The Ritz
The Ritz is available for private parties, corporate events, movie screenings, award ceremonies, recitals, and your special event. The historic theatre seats 350 and has a receiving area that accompanies the rental, the Encore Room.
The Ritz Studio is a perfect space for smaller parties, showers, cabarets, etc. This space can seat 75 or accomodate up to 100 standing.
Concessions are also available for rentals with proceeds benefiting the Historic Ritz Theatre. Rental pricing is relative to number of hours, equipment necessary, staff time, etc.
